Idea: The Group’s employees are the focus of this year’s staging at the pharmaceutical company’s building at Potsdamer Platz. The great EMPLOYER BRANDING honors the people who work every day to positively improve the lives of patients. #WIRSINDPFIZER (#WEAREPFIZER).
They are all united by their daily work towards a central goal. And that is: “Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives”.

Implementation: video & still image projection
The production on the Pfizer building shows images of the 2,500 employees who work at the German sites in Berlin, Freiburg and Karlsruhe, as well as in the field throughout Germany, and who make their own personal contribution to the company.
An artistic interpretation from the world of science and research also appears in the video section of the production. Impressive images from the fields of medicine and genetics of the body merge into a plausible message for the viewer: “We all owe a great deal to the pharmaceutical industry”.
A motivational message from the employer presented to a global audience that also encourages a broad public to reflect and takes them into the often surreal world of molecules.

2021
Idea: People Helping People
For 170 years, PFIZER has achieved groundbreaking successes that positively impact the lives of patients. This legacy continues in Berlin.
Implementation
The prominent workplace for approximately 650 employees of the globally operating pharmaceutical company Pfizer is the German headquarters located directly at Potsdamer Platz. Researchers here develop new therapies to protect people from diseases, effectively support them in living with illnesses, and ideally help overcome diseases. They work towards transforming molecules in laboratories into tablets, capsules, infusions, and injections that reliably reach the patients. Using the possibilities of light art, the tirelessly ongoing efforts were projected extensively onto the façade of the company building in a collage-like tableau. This artwork referenced current research areas such as cancer, infectious diseases, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, inflammatory diseases, chronic pain, and rare diseases. The projections also featured the faces of the two cousins, Karl Pfizer and Charles F. Erhart from Ludwigsburg, who founded the company’s success story 170 years ago.
