Mission: Exceptional Presentation of Google Pixel 2
During the FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS 2017, Google launched the Google Pixel 2 smartphone. The powerful camera of the Google Pixel 2 was intended to take center stage and be infused with positive emotions.
Idea: Creating an Interactive Experience
To make the Google Pixel 2 tangible, an interactive light installation was designed. Through a collaboration with Pavegen and its energy-harvesting technology, the “Google Light Path” was created. This was an eleven-meter-long interactive path. At the end of the path was a photo booth with the Google Pixel 2, capturing the unique moments of the visitors.
Implementation: Capturing magical moments
All visitors of the Google Light Path experienced an interactive light art installation, emotionally charging the product. The event took place in the trendy Kulturbrauerei.
Walking, running, dancing – every moment on this unique runway was captured and shared with the visitors.
Result: A successful product launch
An innovative presentation of the Google Pixel 2 was achieved. Visitors had a unique experience and emotionally connected with the product. The launch was well-received by both visitors and the media, receiving excellent feedback.
