„Breakthroughs that change patients‘ lives“
Idea: People helping people.
For 170 years, PFIZER has been achieving groundbreaking successes that positively change patients' lives. Also in Berlin
The German headquarters of the global pharmaceutical company Pfizer, located directly on Potsdamer Platz, is a prominent workplace for around 650 employees*. Here, researchers* develop new therapies to protect people from diseases, to support them effectively in their lives with illnesses and, in the best case, to help them overcome diseases. And they are working to turn the molecules in the labs into tablets, capsules, infusions and injections that reliably reach patients. Using the possibilities of light art, their tireless efforts at all times are projected on a large scale onto the facade of the company's building in a collage-like still image. It referred to the current research areas of cancer, infectious diseases, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, inflammatory diseases, chronic pain and rare diseases. However, the heads of the two cousins Karl Pfizer and Charles F. Erhart from Ludwigsburg were also on display. They founded the company's success story 170 years ago.
